BP003854: Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein, (amino acids Asp23-Glu120(CD3E) & Phe22-Ala105(CD3D)) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD3E) and 16.7 kDa (CD3D). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-CD3 Antibody protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.72 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D/CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D protein with the C-hFc-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on streptavidin (5 ug/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant OKT3 protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 42.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
